  Steps to follow:
  • Untar and unzip the above file
  • In the generated directory, run the shell executable file "run"
  • Open and test generated files "cover.ps" and/or "cover.pdf"
  • This should give you a fair idea of the cover page. Next, open file "cover.tex" and modify as needed
  • Re-run the file "run" to generate desired files "cover.ps" and "cover.pdf"
  • Using Adobe Acrobat (or anything similar), merge your paper (.pdf) with the file "cover.pdf"
  • You are done ! Please contact the department for whom to email the final version !
