ECE Department Weekly Newsletter
January 10, 2005

CHAIRMAN'S COLUMN

The first week of Winter Quarter went smoothly with almost no major problems: we are still looking for a smart classroom for one of our courses. Even the 24-hour snow fall did not disrupt classes too much.

Our thoughts are with the ECE family members who are from South Asia or who have friends and loved ones still there during the last two weeks of the recovery from the destructive Tsunami. Please do not hesitate to call on us if we can be of any help during this trying period.

-Abe Haddad
Interim Chairman
