Last week we had all the activities associated with graduation. Congratulations to all our graduates, Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D.s, and best wishes for the future.

I am sorry to report that Renato Figueiredo is leaving us on July 1, 2002, to move to the University of Florida.
Finally, best wishes to the ECE family at Northwestern for a very pleasant summer. See you all happy and refreshed at the next academic year in September.
