Most of the MATLAB printer drivers are created using Ghostscript. When you install MATLAB, Ghostscript drivers are automatically installed on your system.

Ghostscript is copyrighted by Aladdin Enterprises and is provided under the terms of the Free Software Foundation's GNU General Public License. This license allows you to make and distribute copies of the Ghostscript files provided with MATLAB, namely the executable file gs and all other files found in the ghostscript directory, provided that you comply with the terms of the GNU General Public License. You can find a copy of this license in the file gsrights, which is part of the MATLAB distribution. This file, and the rights described therein, do not apply to the whole of, or any other part of, the MATLAB, Simulink, or toolbox programs.
