| Abstract |
Simulated Annealing is a stochastic global optimization
technique that has attracted significant attension as suitable
for optimization problems of large scale, especially ones where
a desired global extremum is hidden among many, poorer, local
extrema. We will review the development of the algorithm and talk
about its applications. Especially a project that I have done
at Bank of America during last summer.
